International Union of Operating Engineers – Training and Conference Center

The IUOE Training Center in Crosby, Texas was completed in 2018.  The site is the training center for the local union Operating & Stationary Engineers.  It is the most advanced facility for IUOE in North America.

C.W. Henderson Electric contracted with general contractor, W.S. Bellows, to provide installation of electrical services for the facility.  This included all required site work, electrical services, and interior finishes.  Work began in a2017 and was completed in 2018.  The project was completed on time, within budget and with a clean safety record.
